You retain ownership of any content (text, images, data) you submit to TCI Listings. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the website.

You agree NOT to post content that:

  • Violates any laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands (including housing discrimination or labour laws).

Specific Rules for Categories:

  • Jobs: Listings must represent real, currently available positions.

  • Apartments: Listings must accurately reflect the condition and location of the property.

  • Services: Providers must hold the necessary licenses and permits required to operate in TCI.

4. Fees and Payments

Posting certain listings may require a fee. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
